Shipping
All products are shipped directly from our warehouse within 48 hours of purchase (business days only).
The delivery takes 3-5 business days, and extra time is needed to process duties. Unfortunately, we can not ship to military addresses and P.O. boxes.
We provide excellent, reliable shipping services in the United States, Canada, and worldwide. After placing your order successfully, you will receive a confirmation email, and 2nd confirmation email will send after Shipping.
Shipping Policy & Shipment
- Worldwide Shipping. (Except some countries and APO/FPO)
- Our Shipping will take 25-30 days shipment.
- Orders processed timely after the payment verification.
- We only ship to confirmed order addresses. Your order address MUST MATCH your Shipping address.
- SERVICE TRANSIT TIME is provided by the carrier and excludes weekends and holidays. Transit times may vary, particularly during the holiday season.
- If you have not received your shipment within 30 days from payment, please contact us. We will track the shipment and get back to you as soon as possible with a reply. Our goal is customer satisfaction!
- Please Note: On special occasions like holidays (Christmas) or special sale events like (Black Friday), the order processing time could be slightly longer, but we do our best to give your pets new gear as soon as possible.
For the carrier provider's availability, customs clearance or inspection, transportation delay, and location, shipments may arrive between 30-35 business days.
Also, the delivery may delay due to pandemics, weather, strikes, power outages, shutdowns, province or governmental actions, and other similar acts.

Refund & Return Policy
- After place an order you have 2 days to cancel the order.
- After 2 days we will not refund the money.
- We only make returns, refunds and exchanges of our products if the product is proven to be damaged, defective, missing a part, delivered to the wrong address or is an incorrect or different.
- You have 2 days to contact us to return it from the date it was received.
- If this item is in your possession more than 2 days, it is considered used and we will not issue you a refund or replacement. Shipping cost is bear by buyer.
- All returned items must be in the original packaging and you must provide us with the shipping tracking number, specific reason for the return.
- We will refund or Return money if the you full winning bid amount, upon receipt of the item in its original condition and packaging with all components and accessories included. OR, you may choose to have a replacement.
We believe that you won't experience these online shopping returns. But if the situation occurs, go through our easy-return process to print a free return label - your shipping costs are prepaid.

Eligibility of Returning Products
- Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.
- We are unable to recover foreign duties, tax, and import charges.
- In used condition, dirty, chewed, and returned without their tag may be refused or subject to a repacking fee.
- All clearance items are considered Final Sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
- All seasonal items are final sale.

Refund Time
We issue a refund for the product after receiving the item in our hands under 24 hours. Also, you receive a notification via email or text message about it. The refunded amount is going back to your original payment method.
**Please note that refunds can take up to 3 business days to be returned to your account.
